Welcome to G&G Apparel (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our store. By accessing our site and placing an order, you agree to these terms in accordance with the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.

 

  1. Nature of Products

We sell a curated selection of preloved clothing and accessories, including but not limited to streetwear, vintage apparel, jackets, jerseys, caps, and branded secondhand items with over 100 brands.

We also offer selected brand-new items, such as footwear from brands like Nike, Jordan, etc.

  • When an item is brand new, it will be clearly stated in its product description.
  • Preloved items are sold as-is according to their listed condition grade.
  1. Condition Guidelines

All preloved items are graded based on the following scale:

  • Excellent – Near-new condition. Minimal to no signs of wear. No defects. Colors vibrant, fabric retains original texture and shape.
  • Very Good – Light signs of gentle use. Minor imperfections that do not affect wearability. Colors remain strong.
  • Good – Noticeable wear but fully wearable. Small flaws or repairs disclosed in product listing.
  • Distressed – Heavy wear, fading, or fraying that adds vintage character. Flaws disclosed in product listing.

We make every effort to describe and photograph items accurately. All flaws, if any, are disclosed in the product description and images. However, minor variations in color or texture may occur due to lighting or device display differences.

  1. Sizing & Measurements

Measurements provided are approximate.

  • For pants and similar items, we use the size indicated by the original brand, where available.
  • Due to variations in vintage sizing, potential shrinkage or stretching over time, and differences between brands, all measurements are approximate and cannot be guaranteed to match modern sizing exactly.
  • We strongly recommend comparing our measurements to a similar item you own before purchasing.
  1. Return & Refund Policy

Due to the unique nature of preloved and vintage items:

  • All sales are final unless the item received is significantly different from the description provided.
  • We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, fit issues, or minor imperfections already disclosed in the listing.
  • In the rare case of a return being approved, items must be:
  • In the same condition as when purchased.
  • With original tags (if any) still attached.
  • Unwashed and unworn beyond initial try-on.
  • Returned in the original packaging.
    • Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery, at the buyer’s expense.
    • Refunds, if approved, will be issued via the original payment method only after the returned item is received and inspected.
  1. Product Authenticity
  • All branded items, whether secondhand or new, are authenticated to the best of our expertise before listing.
  • For high-value designer goods, original receipts, authentication cards, or serial numbers will be provided if available.
  • Unless otherwise stated, items are sold without original packaging.
  • While we conduct careful checks, we are not affiliated with any of the brands sold. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
  1. Pricing & Payment
  • Prices are listed in Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and include any applicable UAE taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of order through the payment methods available at checkout.
  1. Shipping & Delivery
  • Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances. However, rest assured that we will closely monitor your shipment and follow up with the courier to provide you with updates and the best possible customer service.
  • Any customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • Slight variations in color, texture, or measurements due to photography, lighting, or display settings are not considered defects.
  • We are not responsible for wear consistent with the stated condition grade.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for loss, damage, or injury related to the use of our products or website.
  1. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
